摘  要:针对苏里格气田致密砂岩气藏压裂改造后产能不理想的问题,分析了低压致密气藏改造的难点,建立了低压致密气藏改造后的产能渗流模型和产能方程,分析了影响改造后产量的关键因素,并对比了两口井不同压裂工艺下的生产效果。结果表明,致密气藏压裂对地层的伤害包括压裂液本身造成的伤害及施工返排工艺造成的伤害,压裂液返排时间对低压气藏伤害影响较大,采用低伤害无残渣清洁压裂液和采用压裂液的快速返排工艺是提高低压致密气藏改造效果的关键。As the productivity of tight sandstone gas reservoir in Sulige gas field after fracturing is not ideal, the difficulty on the transformation of low-pressure tight gas reservoir was analyzed,the capacity seepage model and capacity equation after transformation were established,the key factors of influencing the production after transformation were analyzed,and the production of two wells under different fracturing effect was compared.The results show that the tight gas reservoir fracturing of formation damage includes the damage caused by fracturing fluid itself and construction flowback technology,and the fracturing fluid flowback time impact on the low-pressure gas reservoir damage is bigger.The fracturing fluid with no residue and clean with low damage,and the quick-flowback technique after fracturing are the keys to improve the effect of lowpressure tight gas transformation.
