摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸坦索罗辛联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果及对QOL评分的影响。方法选择我院收治的慢性前列腺炎患者86例为研究对象,利用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组在此基础上联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的QOL评分及白细胞计数均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的每日排尿次数少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸坦索罗辛联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果理想,推荐临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with levofloxacin on chronic prostatitis and its effect on QOL score.Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic prostatitis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the QOL scores and white blood cell counts of the two groups improved significantly,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The times of voiding per day in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis has a ideal effect and is recommended for clinical promotion.
