摘　　要：目的分析股骨转子下骨折患者采用抗旋转型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定联合微创复位术治疗的可行性。方法以2015年6月至2017年3月入院的股骨转子下骨折患者75例为研究对象,按病床单双号分为对照组(37例,单纯PFNA内固定治疗)与观察组(38例,PFNA内固定联合微创复位术)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组,髋内翻角度小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的髋关节恢复优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,术后1年骨折愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA内固定联合微创复位术治疗股骨转子下骨折患者的效果理想,患者骨折愈合快、关节功能恢复效果好,术后并发症少。Objective To analyze the feasibility of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation combined with minimally invasive reduction in the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fractures.Methods Seventy-five patients with femoral subtrochanteric fractures admitted in the hospital from June 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(37 cases,PFNA internal fixation only)and observation group(38 cases,PFNA internal fixation combined with invasive reduction)according to the odd and even number of the bed.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the angle of hip varus was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the fracture healing rate at 1 year after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PFNA internal fixation combined with minimally invasive reduction in the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fractures has ideal effect.The fracture healing is fast,the recovery of joint function is great,with less postoperative complications.
