摘  要:目的探讨吸入一氧化氮治疗儿童急性呼吸窘迫征并发症的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月至2018年1月我院收治的90例急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发症患儿作为研究对象,给予患儿吸入一氧化氮进行治疗。对比分析治疗前、后急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发感染患儿的IL-6和IL-10水平、急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发心律失常患儿的LDH、HBD和CPK水平、急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发肝功能损害患儿的AST、ALT和γ-GT水平;分析急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发症患儿经吸入一氧化氮治疗后的逆转情况。结果急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发感染患儿经吸入一氧化氮治疗后的IL-6和IL-10水平明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发心律失常患儿经吸入一氧化氮治疗后的LDH、HBD和CPK水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发肝功能损害患儿经吸入一氧化氮治疗后的AST、ALT和γ-GT水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。急性呼吸窘迫综合征并发症患儿经吸入一氧化氮治疗后的逆转率达80%以上。结论吸入一氧化氮治疗儿童急性呼吸窘迫征并发症的效果显著,可明显改善并发的感染、心律失常和肝功能损害情况,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nitric oxide inhalation in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complications. Methods Ninety children with complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects and treated with inhalation of nitric oxide. The levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with infection, the levels of LDH, HBD and CPK in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with arrhythmia and the levels of AST, ALT and γ-GT in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with liver dysfunction before and after treatment were compared. The reversion of children with complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome after nitric oxide inhalation treatment was analyzed. Results After nitric oxide inhalation, the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with infection were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05). After nitric oxide inhalation, the levels of LDH, HBD and CPK in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with arrhythmia were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After nitric oxide inhalation, the levels of AST, ALT and γ-GT in children with acute respiratory distress syndrome complicated with liver dysfunction were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The reversible rate of children with complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome after nitric oxide inhalation was over 80%. Conclusion Inhalation of nitric oxide is effective in the treatment of children with complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome. It can significantly improve the complications of infection, arrhythmia and liver function damage. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
