整体干预模式在子宫肌瘤围术期护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究整体干预模式在子宫肌瘤围术期护理中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月至2018年9月在我院60例行无痛性子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组选用常规护理,研究组在常规方式的基础上使用整体干预模式;比较两组患者护理满意度、并发症发生情况、下床活动时间、住院时间、术后排便恢复时间、术后排气恢复时间、生活质量评分及护理前、后焦虑及抑郁评分。结果研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者下床活动时间、住院时间、术后排便恢复时间、术后排气恢复时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者HAMD及HAMA评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体干预模式在子宫肌瘤围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可提升患者对护理服务工作的满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,还可促进其术后胃肠功能快速恢复,改善患者负性情绪与生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application value of holistic intervention mode in perioperative nursing of uterine fibroids.Methods From January 2014 to September 2018,60 patients with uterine fibroids treated by painless uterine artery embolization in our hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into control group(30 cases)and research group(30 cases)according to the random number table methods.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given holistic intervention mode on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction rate,incidence of complications,time of getting out of bed,hospital stay,postoperative defecation recovery time,postoperative exhaust recovery time,quality of life score,anxiety and depression scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,hospital stay,postoperative defecation recovery time and postoperative exhaust recovery time in the research group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the research group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the research group were significantly higher than those inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The holistic intervention mode has significant effect in perioperative nursing of uterine fibroids.It can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing service,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve negative emotions and quality of life in patients.It is worth popularizing and applying.
