摘 要:提出一种采用锥柱匹配导辊的圆锥滚子凸度超精研方式,其后导辊是可通用的圆柱导辊,前导辊是具有螺旋曲面的专用锥形导辊。对滚子姿态和锥形导辊的锥角进行了简化分析,表明这是一种对滚子姿态有一定限制的斜置贯穿式超精研,其滚子的2个姿态参数中,斜置角的取值受到制约不能自由选择,倾斜角只能在一个较小的范围内选择。给出了斜置角和锥形导辊辊形锥角的简化计算公式。通过算例对这种超精研方式进行了凸度分析,结果表明:这种方式的滚子-油石接触线形态为"Z"字形,与正置超精研方式相比,滚子纵向截形的倾斜程度大幅增加,分布更加对称,可以形成凸度量更大、对称性更好的凸度。A superfinishing method with cone-cylinder matching guide rollers is put forward for convexity of tapered rollers,in which the rear guide roller is a universal cylindrical guide roller,and the front one is a specialized conical guide roller with spiral curved surface.A simplified analysis on posture of rollers and cone angle of conical guide roller shows that it is a kind of oblique posture through-feed superfinishing with a certain limit to posture of rollers.For the two posture parameters of rollers,the value of oblique angle is unable to choose freely,and the angle of inclination is able to be selected within a narrow range.The simplified formulas are given for calculation of oblique angle and roll-shaped cone angle of conical guide roller.The convexity during superfinishing is analyzed by an example.The results show that it is different from alignment posture superfinishing method that the contact line of roller-oil stone is Z-shaped,and that the inclining degree of longitudinal sectional shape on rollers is increased greatly and more symmetrical,so a greater convexity with good symmetry is able to be formed.
