摘 要:[目的]研究公主岭霉素对水稻稻瘟病的田间防治效果。[方法]以公主岭霉素水提原液为供试药剂,探讨公主岭霉素对水稻稻瘟病的田间防治效果。[结果]公主岭霉素可提高水稻植株叶片中PAL、SOD、GLU等防御酶的活性,持效期达30 d;盆栽及田间不同试验点均可观测到公主岭霉素对叶瘟的防控效果,其中田间防治效果最高为74.49%,预防效果达82.26%;田间对水稻穗茎瘟的防治效果为63.97%,预防效果为72.09%;收获后实际测产,施用公主岭霉素增产0.71%~8.22%,且稻米的外观、食味及营养品质均有所提升。[结论]公主岭霉素对水稻叶瘟及穗茎瘟均有较好的防治作用,并可实现水稻的增产提质,值得推广和应用。[Objective]To confirm the control efficacy of rice blast by Gongzhulingmycin.[Method]The control efficacies of pot experiments and the control effect in field trials were investigated respectively.[Result]PPO,SOD and GLU content increased under Gongzhulingmycin solutions provoked in rice leaves in the filed conditions.It’s activities can last at least30d.In field trials,Gongzhulingmycin showed significant control efficacies(74.49%)against rice blast.The preventing efficacy was higher than the control efficacies.It was82.26%against rice blast.In field trial,the control efficacy of rice panicle blast was63.97%and the preventing efficacy was72.09%.It was increasing yield0.71%-8.22%when using Gongzhulingmycin and have no toxicity to crabs.The appearance of the rice eating and nutrition quality were improved also.[Conclusion]Development and utilization of Gongzhulingmycin has great potential for biological control of M.grisea and it can increase the prodution and quality of rice.
