摘  要:[目的]探讨热水提取法提取树舌灵芝多糖(soluble polysaccharides from Ganoderma applanatum,GASP)的最佳提取工艺。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上,运用响应面法对提取的树舌灵芝多糖(GASP)各项参数进行优化。[结果]提取时间、提取温度、液料比均对树舌灵芝多糖提取率有显著影响,影响大小为提取时间>液料比>提取温度;最终确定树舌灵芝多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度77℃、提取时间138 min、液料比27∶1(m L∶g),该条件下多糖实际提取率为2.57%±0.05%。[结论]响应面法优化树舌灵芝多糖提取工艺参数切实可靠。[Objective]To study the optimum extraction process of soluble polysaccharides from Ganoderma applanatum(GASP)by hot water extraction.[Method]On the basis of single factor test,response surface methodology was applied to optimize the main extraction conditions.[Result]The experimental results show that the above parameters all had a significant effect on the extraction rate of GASP,and the effection showed the following order:extraction time>liquid-solid ratio>extraction temperature;the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature77℃,extraction time138min,liquid-solid ratio27∶1mL/g.Under these optimum conditions,the actual extraction rate of GASP was(2.57±0.05)%.[Conclusion]The results indicated that the response surface methodology was practical and reliable for the optimization of extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Ganoderma applanatum.
