摘 要:新型职业农民短缺已成为制约乡村振兴和农业发展的瓶颈。基于职业生涯选择、产业体系转型和生产技能提升的多重需求,确定了青年学生、现有农业经营主体、传统农民三类培养对象,将新型职业农民培养与现代农业产业发展和高职院校教学改革相融合,分别采用3种培养路径,定向培养青年职业农民、新型农业经营主体和新型农业生产者,形成了"校地联动、教产衔接、开放共享、终身学习"培养新型职业农民的苏南模式。结果表明,定向培养本土化的新型职业农民,是破解农业现代化发展中"谁来种地、如何种好地"这一难题的有效途径,助力乡村振兴战略。The shortage of new professional farmers has become a bottleneck restricting rural revitalization and agricultural development.Based on multiple needs of career choice,industrial system transformation and production skills upgrading,this paper identified three types of training objects,including young students,existing agricultural management entities and traditional farmers,integrated new professional farmers training with the development of modern agricultural industry and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,adopted three training paths respectively,orientatedly trained young professional farmers,new agricultural management entities and new agricultural producers,and then formed the Southern Jiangsu model of“school-land linkage,teaching-production linkage,opening and sharing,lifelong learning”to train new professional farmers.The results showed that directional training of localized new-type professional farmers was an effective way to solve the problem of who will farm and how to farm well in the development of agricultural modernization and help the rural revitalization strategy.
