寻常型银屑病皮损中IL-17和TNF-α的表达

摘　　要：目的研究寻常型银屑病皮损中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测20例寻常型银屑病皮损和20例正常皮肤组织中IL-17和TNF-α的表达情况。结果寻常型银屑病组中IL-17和TNF-α的积分光密度(IOD)值分别为(24.47±1.62)×103和(26.95±2.91)×103,二者表达水平明显高于正常对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);且寻常型银屑病组中IL-17和TNF-α的表达呈正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01)。结论 IL-17、TNF-α的异常高表达可能在寻常型银屑病发病中起一定调节作用。Objective To study the expressions and significance of IL-17 and TNF-αin psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Immunohistochemical was employed to study the expressions of IL-17 and TNF-αin 20 psoriasis vulgaris and 20 normal skin specimens.Results IOD value of IL-17 and TNF-αwere(24.47±1.62)×103 and(26.95±2.91)×103,which were both significantly higher in psoriasis vulgaris group than that in normal skin group(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the expression of IL-17 and TNF-αin psoriasis vulgaris(r=0.53,P<0.01).Conclusion The high expressions of IL-17and TNF-αmay play an important role in the development of psoriasis vulgaris.
