摘 要:航空飞行器所用的作动器系统,除要求零部件组成系统的可靠度高外,还必须配置冗余零部件或子系统.通过储备子系统或零部件的冗余数来提高系统的可靠性,使系统在费用、质量或体积等方面付出相应的"代价",因此,对航空用作动器系统进行冗余可靠性优化设计势在必行.论文介绍了几种基本可靠性模型的方框图,根据零部件串-并联可靠性方框图模型,建立了基于动态规划法对系统冗余可靠度优化的数学模型及其优化方法,并采用基于控制序列的动态规划法,对滚珠螺旋作动器系统的零部件或子系统进行了冗余可靠度的优化设计计算,在满足系统约束条件下,得到了可靠度为最大的各级部件的冗余度.The actuator system used in aerospace vehicles must be equipped with redundant components or subsystems in addition to high reliability of components.In order to increase the redundancy of the subsystem or component to improve the reliability of the system,the corresponding"cost"will be paid in terms of expenses,quality or volume.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the redundancy reliability of the aeronautical actuator system.This paper introduces the block diagrams of several basic reliability models.According to the block diagrams of series-parallel reliability of components,a mathematical model and its optimization method of redundancy reliability optimization based on dynamic programming method are established.The dynamic programming method based on control sequence is applied to the parts of ball screw actuator system.The optimal design calculation of redundancy reliability of subsystems is carried out.Under the condition of meeting with the systematic constraints,the redundancy of components with maximum reliability is obtained.
