摘  要:骆马湖不仅是南水北调东线工程的调蓄湖泊,同时也是徐州的水源地.该研究通过对骆马湖不同水域水质和浮游植物采样分析来研究骆马湖浮游植物的群落结构差异.从骆马湖总氮总磷的水平来看,骆马湖的营养级水平处于轻度富营养化到中度富营养化阶段,位于水源地取水口的4#采样点的总氮和总磷含量高于其余三个采样点.骆马湖浮游植物的总生物量均不高,1#,2#,3#,4#采样点的浮游植物生物量分别为2.10mg/L,1.99mg/L,2.01mg/L,0.93mg/L,4#采样点浮游植物生物量低于其它区域(1#,2#,3#采样点),其优势种为卵形隐藻、颗粒直链硅藻、小环藻、脆杆藻、针杆藻、梭形裸藻和小球藻.1#,2#,3#采样点的优势种类为卵形隐藻和飞燕角甲藻.Luoma Lake is one of the main impounded lakes in the South-to-North Water Diversion East Route Project and an important water source of Xuzhou City.The water quality parameters and phytoplankton in different areas of Luoma Lake were determined and phytoplankton comminity structure variations were studied.The trophic level of Luoma Lake was in the stage of slightly eutrophication to moderate eutrophication,according to the concentrations of total nitrogen and phosphorus.The concentrations of total nitrogen and phosphorus of4#sampling station was higher than the other three sampling stations.The total biomass of phytoplankton in Luoma Lake is not high.The biomass of phytoplankton at1#,2#,3#and4#sampling stations are2.10mg/L,1.99mg/L,2.01mg/L and0.93mg/L.The biomass of phytoplankton at the4#sampling station at the water intake of the water source is lower than that of other areas(1#,2#,3#sampling stations).The dominant species of4#sampling station are cryptomonas ovata,Aulacoseira granulata,Cyclotella spp.,Fragilaria spp.,Synedra spp.,Englena acus and Chlorella spp..The dominant species of1#,2#,3#sampling station are cryptomonas ovata and Ceratium hirundinella.
