摘  要:表面保温是控制大体积混凝土开裂的重要措施,不同结构大体积混凝土产生裂缝的特点及原因均有所不同.基于"水化-温度-湿度-约束"多场耦合评估机制和模型,评估了大体积底板及侧墙结构混凝土的开裂风险,定量分析了表面保温措施与开裂风险之间的关系,结合不同结构尺寸及开裂原因,提出了精细化表面保温措施及裂缝控制方案.Surface thermal insulation is an important measure to control cracking of mass concrete,but the characteristics and the reasons of cracks in mass concrete are varied with different structures.The strong-coupling model based on the hygro-thermo-chemo-mechanical coupling phenomena was adopted to describe the cracking behavior of mass bottom floor and sidewall concrete,and the relation between surface thermal insulation and cracking risk was quantitatively analyzed.Combined with size and cracking reasons of different concrete structures,the refined surface thermal insulation measures and crack control scheme were proposed.
