摘 要:针对当前数控机床加工非球面曲线时,由于插补原理的不足导致加工精度较低的问题,提出一种全新的速度插补原理:通过轨迹曲线分解和机床联动控制,可以实现数控机床非球面曲线成形的理论运行轨迹与实际运行轨迹的高精度拟合。详细论述了速度插补原理的具体实现过程,通过仿真实验分析和加工实效分析,充分论证了速度插补原理相对于传统插补原理的优越性。Current NC machine tool was used to process aspherical curve,the machining accuracy is low due to the shortage of the interpolation principle.In view of the problem,a new speed interpolation principle was proposed.Through path curve decomposition and machine tool linkage control,high precision fitting between theory trajectory and actual trajectory of aspherical curve forming by CNC machine tool could be realized.The concrete implementation of the principle of speed interpolation process was discussed.By simulation and experiment analysis,the superiority of the proposed speed interpolation principle compared with traditional interpolation principle was demonstrated fully.
