摘 要:闭式液压系统补油参数的确定与散热需求密切相关,从系统总功率损失出发计算出系统发热功率范围为系统输入功率的18. 6%~22%,油冷器所需散热功率范围为系统输入功率的22. 3%~26. 4%,且泵马达功率损失配比范围为0. 93~1. 35。提出从系统整体角度考虑,通过系统热平衡方程计算得出系统所需补油流量与系统输入功率存在线性关系,且补油流量在泵马达间的配比范围为0. 93~1. 35,初始设计流量配比可取为1. 14,实际应用中通过马达冲洗阀做进一步调整。另外指出泵马达最大排量对应的合理匹配压差范围在15~20 MPa时,补油泵与主泵排量比在19. 63%~23. 45%。按照上述方法进行样机系统散热需求计算及补油泵排量设计并进行装机测试,测试结果表明系统获得了良好的热平衡状态。In closed hydraulic system,charge parameters calculation is closely related with cooling requirement.System heating power and oil cooler cooling power were calculated by system total power loss.System heating power is about 18.6%~22%of system input power,and oil cooler cooling power is about 22.3%~26.4%of system input power.Power loss ratio between pump and motor is about 0.93~1.35.For system overall heat balance consideration,charge flow has a linear relationship with system input power.Charge oil ratio between pump and motor is about 0.93~1.35.It can be designed as 1.14,and in practical application it can be adjusted by changing flushing valve of motor.Further,the displacement of charge pump is about 19.63%~23.45%of main pump displacement when full displacement system pressure is matched at 15~20 MPa.System cooling requirement and charge parameters were designed by this method and checked on prototype.The test results show that the system has a good heat balance.
