摘 要:通过对多台机组脱硝系统运行数据的汇总分析,指出不同燃烧方式以及运行控制方式下,脱硝系统出口氨逃逸存在差异,导致空气预热器等下游设备硫酸氢铵(ABS)堵塞情况存在明显差异,说明从锅炉燃烧、脱硝设备、烟气流动与混合等方面进行全过程优化管理的必要性及重要性。针对脱硝系统超低排放改造后集中出现的空气预热器ABS堵塞等次生问题,建议采用全过程管理理念,从源头控制氨逃逸,提高脱硝系统运行水平。Through summary analysis on operation data of several units'denitration system,this paper points out that there are differences in ammonia escape at outlet of the denitration equipments in different combustion modes and operation control modes.As a result,there is obvious difference in ammonium bisulfate(ABS)plugging in downstream equipments like the air preheater,indicating it is necessary and important to optimize the whole process from the aspects of boiler combustion,denitration equipment,and flue gas flow and mixing.To solve the secondary problem like the ABS blockage in air preheater after ultra-low emission retrofitting of the denitration system,it is suggested that the whole process management concept be adopted to control ammonia escape from the source and improve the operation level of the denitration system.
