摘  要:调节阀是汽轮机进汽系统中最薄弱的环节,其振动问题严重影响到机组运行的经济性和安全性。某电厂多次发生由调节阀阀杆系统振动而导致的阀杆连接件松动、螺纹破坏和调节阀被迫突然关闭事故。为维持机组运行,电厂将阀杆和连接件进行了焊接,但仍然无法解决高压调节阀振动问题。为探究阀杆系统振动根源,利用激光测振仪测试了阀杆系统横向和轴向方向上的振动,并对阀杆系统进行了模态分析。结果表明:高压调节阀阀杆系统振动是由于阀碟的加载力不足,阀碟敲击阀杆引发阀杆系统共振所致,通过增加阀碟的加载力,有效地抑制了阀杆系统振动。The control valve is the weakest part of the air inlet system of the steam turbine,and its vibration problem seriously affects the economy and safety of the unit operation.In a power plant,the vibration of control valve stem system has caused the loose of valve stem connectors,the damage of screw thread and shut down of control valve for several times.In order to maintain the unit operation,the valve stem and the connector have been welded.However,the vibration problem of the high-pressure control valve still cannot be solved.In order to study the root cause of the vibration of valve stem system,the vibration of valve stem in the lateral and axial direction are tested by a laser vibrometer.A modal analysis of valve stem system is performed.The results show that,the vibration of the valve stem system of the high-pressure control valve is caused by the resonance of valve stem system,which is caused by valve disc knocking on the valve stem due to the insufficient load of valve disc.The vibration of the valve stem system is suppressed effectively by increasing the load of valve disc.
