摘  要:为解决传统厂用电监控系统(ECMS)数据通信瓶颈及控制孤岛等问题,实现ECMS和分布式控制系统(DCS)一体化监控,采用网络一体化技术和自主研发的规约转换器技术,将电厂电气ECMS直接接入DCS,实现电气设备控制系统与DCS的融合,形成了汽轮机、电器设备、锅炉生产数据统一处理平台,实现了全厂数据共享与功能协同,为智慧电厂建设奠定了基础。In order to solve the problems of data communication bottleneck and control islanding in the conventional electrical control and management system(ECMS),and realize integrated monitoring of ECMS and distributed control system(DCS),the power plant electrical ECMS is directly connected to the DCS by using the network integration technology and the self-developed regulation converter technology,and integration of the electrical equipment control system and the DCS is realized,and unified processing platform for production data of steam turbine,electrical equipment and boiler is formed,which realizes data sharing and function coordination of the whole plant and lays a foundation for construction of the intelligent power plants.
