摘 要:为了寻找受环境风影响引起的直接空冷机组背压变化幅度、速度的相关规律,通过对环境风较大的宁夏和新疆哈密、托克逊3个地区电厂进行实地调查,采集火力发电厂直接空冷机组实际运行数据,进行大量的统计和分析。结果表明:各地区空冷机组背压变化速度的大小关系基本和年平均、最大月平均环境风速的大小关系相一致;累计时间在20 s以上的最大背压变化速度与累计时间的趋势曲线近似于直线,且基本平行。本文研究结果可为给水泵汽轮机的设备选型和机组运行控制提供依据,并供其他地区给水泵汽轮机排汽直排主汽轮机空冷凝汽器方案研究和瞬态数学模拟研究借鉴。In order to find out the amplitude and speed change laws of back pressure of direct air cooling units caused by environmental wind,field survey on three fossil fuel-fired power plants in Ningxia,Hami and Tuo Kexun area with relatively strong wind conditions was carried out.The actual operation data of the air cooled condenser system were collected and a large amount of statistics was performed.The results show that,the law of change rate of the back pressure of units in each area is basically the same as that of the annual average and maximum monthly mean ambient wind speed.When the cumulative time is over20s,the trend curve of the maximum rate of back pressure variation of the units in each area and the cumulative time is similar to straight line,and is basically parallel.The research provides a basis for type selection of water feed pump turbine and operating control of power plants,and also can be referentially used for design of water feed pump turbine outflow to ACC directly and the study of transient mathematical simulation.
