摘  要:目的探讨常规钴60(^(60)Co)辐照灭菌方法对胶原膜稳定性的影响。方法牛肌腱胶原膜经常规^(60)Co辐照灭菌,比较辐照前后胶原膜孔径的大小、溶胀度、收缩温度、抗酶解能力及动物体内降解等指标。结果经医用^(60)Co辐照后,胶原膜的孔径变大,膜的溶胀度增加,收缩温度降低,体外抗胶原酶及胰蛋白酶的酶解时间缩短,小鼠皮下埋置降解时间减少。结论常规^(60)Co辐照后,胶原膜的交联度下降,分子稳定性降低,其分子结构的降解程度与辐射剂量呈正相关。Objective To explore the effect of routine 60 Co irradiation for sterilization on the stability of collagen membrane.Methods Collagen membrane of bovine tendon was sterilized by routine 60 Co irradiation.The pore size,swelling degree,shrinkage temperature,anti-enzymatic ability and degradation of collagen membrane in vivo were measured and compared before and after irradiation.Results After irradiation by 60 Co,the aperture of the collagen membrane became larger,swelling of the membranes increased,the shrink temperature of the membranes decreased,time of the membrane against to collagenase and trypase digestion shortened,and the degradation time of subcutaneous collagen membrane in mice was shortened.Conclusion After irradiation by 60 Co,the cross-linking degree and the stability of collagen membrane decrease,and the degradation degree of molecular structure is positively correlated with the radiation dose.
