摘 要:目的比较抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)与常规性激素在女性不同时期及不同疾病血清中的水平表达,探讨不同性激素在女性不同年龄阶段、多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者、卵巢功能早衰(PDF)患者中的变化特点。方法将研究对象分为育龄期组、超育龄期组、围绝经期组、卵巢功能早衰患者组、多囊卵巢综合征患者组,应用Iflash 3000全自动化学发光仪检测血清中AMH,并应用UNICEL DXI800全自动发光仪检测卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)及黄体生成素(LH)水平,比较5组AMH、E2、FSH、LH水平的变化规律。结果 AMH指标水平方面,育龄期组与另4组均存在显著性差异(P <0. 01),多囊卵巢综合征患者组最高,围绝经期组与卵巢功能早衰患者组均较低; FSH指标水平方面,育龄期组与另4组均存在显著性差异(P <0. 01),多囊卵巢综合征患者组最低,围绝经期组与卵巢功能早衰患者组均较高;育龄期组的E2指标水平与围绝经期组、卵巢功能早衰患者组相比,均有显著性差异(P <0. 01),与超育龄期组、多囊卵巢综合征患者组的差异则无统计学意义(P>0. 05);育龄期组的LH指标水平与超育龄期组、围绝经期组、卵巢功能早衰患者组相比,均有显著性差异(P <0. 01),但与多囊卵巢综合征患者组的差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 AMH、FSH、E2及LH的联合检测,可提高卵巢功能的监测水平,有利于卵巢功能早衰患者与多囊卵巢综合征患者的早诊断与早治疗。Objective To compare the serum levels of anti-mullerian tubule hormone(AMH)and normal sex hormones in women at different stages and in different diseases,and to explore the changes of different sex hormones in women at different ages,those with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and with premature ovarian failure(PDF).Methods The research objects were divided into childbearing age group,the super child-bearing age group,the perimenopause group,premature ovarian failure group,and polycystic ovary syndrome group.Iflash 3000 automatic chemiluminescence was used to test the serum AMH,and UNICEL DXI800 automatic luminous instrument was performed to detect follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E 2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)level,and the AMH,E 2,FSH,LH levels change of five groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in terms of AMH levels between the childbearing age group and the other four groups,with(P<0.01).The polycystic ovary syndrome group had the highest AMH level,and the perimenopausal group and premature ovarian failure group had the lowest.The level of FSH showed significant difference between the reproductive age group and the other four groups(P<0.01),and was the lowest in the polycystic ovary syndrome group,and the highest in the perimenopausal group and the premature ovarian failure group.The level of E 2 showed significant difference between reproductive age group and the perimenopausal group and the premature ovarian failuregroup(P<0.01),and had no significant difference compared to the super child-bearing age group and polycystic ovary syndrome group(P>0.05).The level of LH showed statistically significant difference in reproductive age group when compared to super child-bearing age group and,perimenopausal group and the premature ovarian failure group(P<0.01),but showed no difference compared to polycystic ovary syndrome group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of AMH,FSH,E 2 and LH can improve the monitoring level of ovarian function,and is favorable in the early diagn
