拜尔坦无粘胶泡沫敷料预防无创面罩致鼻面部压力性损伤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨拜尔坦泡沫敷料在预防慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)无创辅助通气患者鼻面部压力性损伤中的效果。方法将80例AECOPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者鼻面部使用溃疡贴予以保护,观察组使用拜尔坦泡沫敷料保护,比较2组使用后的压疮发生情况和舒适度差异。结果使用后,观察组压疮发生率显著低于对照组,且观察组舒适度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论相较于溃疡贴,应用拜尔坦泡沫敷料更有助于预防ICU中AECOPD无创辅助通气患者鼻面部压力性损伤的发生,且舒适度更高。Objective To explore Baiertan's foam dressings in prevention of nasal and facial pressure injury induced by non-invasive mask in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 80 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group used ulcer plaster in the nasal and facial area,and observation group was given Baiertan's foam dressings.The incidence of sores and comfort condition were compared.Results The observation group had lower incidence of pressure sores,and higher comfort degree than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baiertan′s foam dressings can prevent nasal and facial pressure sores,and had higher comfort compared to the ulcer plaster.
