多学科融合下护理流程优化对内镜下治疗患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多学科融合下护理流程优化对内镜下治疗患者的影响效果。方法将2018年1—3月的100例内镜下治疗患者设为对照组,将2018年4—6月的100例内镜下治疗患者设为观察组。对照组实施常规护理流程,观察组在常规护理模式基础上联合多学科融合的护理流程进行护理。结果 2组患者在焦虑程度、术前待床时间、平均住院时间、并发症的发生及护理满意度方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论护理流程优化方案融入了多个持续质量改进项目,可减轻患者焦虑程度,缩短术前待床时间及平均住院时间,减少并发症的发生,有效提高护理满意度。Objective To explore effect of optimized nursing procedure based on multidisciplinary integration in patients with endoscopic therapy.Methods A total of 100 patients treated by endoscopy from January to March 2018 were selected as control group,and 100 patients treated under endoscopy from April to June 2018 as observation group.The control group was given routine nursing procedure,while the observation group was given multidisciplinary nursing procedure on the basis of routine nursing mode.Results There were significant differences in anxiety,preoperative bedridden time,average hospitalization,complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous quality improvement projects in optimized nursing procedure can reduce patients′anxiety,shorten preoperative bedtime and average hospital stay,and reduce the occurrence of complications,and effectively improve nursing satisfaction.
