摘 要:目的分析七氟醚吸入麻醉对患儿心血管系统的影响。方法对本院接受外科手术患儿80例根据数字随机表法分为A组和B组,各40例,A组采取七氟醚吸入麻醉,B组采取丙泊酚麻醉,瑞芬太尼静脉持续泵注麻醉。结果与T0比较,2组患儿收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(Sp O2)比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); 2组患儿T1、T2、T3期SBP、DBP较T0期显著降低,HR较T0期显著增加(P <0. 05); T1、T2、T3期2组各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); 2组SpO2不同时间段比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); A组患儿意识消失时间较B组长,自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间均短于B组,呼吸抑制发生率低于B组(P <0. 05);术中呛咳发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论七氟醚吸入麻醉不会抑制麻醉患儿心肌功能,可维持患儿心血管系统的稳定性,较丙泊酚更适用于小儿麻醉。Objective To analyze the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on cardiovascular function in children.Methods A total of80children undergoing surgery in our hospital were divided into group A and group B according to randomized number table method,with40cases per group.Group A was given sevoflurane inhalation for anesthisia,and group B used propofol infusion.Results Compared with T0,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2)before anesthesia(P>0.05).SBP and DBP in time points of T1,T2were lower and HR was higher than that at T3(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in all indicators at T1,T2,and T3.SpO2at different time points showed no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The disappearance time of consciousness in group A was longer,and spontaneous breathing time and awaken time were shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).The incidence of choking cough during surgery showed no significnat difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia does not inhibit the myocardial function and maintain the stability of the cardiovascular system in children.Therefore,it is more suitable for children's anesthesia than propofol.
