参芪地黄汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪地黄汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果。方法选取早期糖尿病肾病患者76例,随机分为对照组与研究组各38例。对照组采取常规治疗与缬沙坦胶囊,研究组在此基础上联合应用参芪地黄汤。比较2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能指标、外周血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与白介素-6(IL-6)的变化。观察2组治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94. 74%,显著高于对照组73. 68%(P <0. 05)。治疗后,研究组24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、胱抑素C、血肌酐水平均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论参芪地黄汤治疗早期DN安全有效。Objective To explore the efficiency of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods Totally76patients with early DN were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,38cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy and valsartan capsule,and the study group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.The changes of24hours urinary protein,renal function,TNF-αand IL-6in peripheral blood of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Adverse reactions during treatment were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was94.74%in the study group,which was significantly higher than73.68%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,24hour urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen,cystatin C and creatinine levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-αand IL-6levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction is effective and safe in treating patients with early DN.
