摘　　要：本文评估了广东省在9号文发布后电力市场化改革进展,结合国际经验介绍了广东电力批发市场的试点情况,讨论了广东试点市场是如何运行的,并将广东目前的电力市场设计与其他国家进行了对比,探讨广东省电力市场的改革是否成功吸引了新的市场主体,分析改革对电力企业运营和投资决策的影响,最后为中国政府深化电力行业的改革提出了建议。This paper evaluates the progress of power market reform in Guangdong province after the release of Document No.9. Combing international experiences, we introduce the pilot situation of Guangdong power wholesale market, discusses how the pilot market in Guangdong operates, compare designs of the current electricity market in Guangdong with other countries, to explore whether the reform of the electricity market in Guangdong province has successfully attracted new market players. We also analyze the impact of reforms on power company operations and investment decisions, and finally propose for the Chinese government to deepen the reform of the power industry.
