摘 要:目的观察白藜芦醇对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠脑、心脏和肝脏等不同组织器官中谷氨酰半胱氨酸连接酶(GCL)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的影响,探讨白藜芦醇的抗衰老作用。方法将60只小鼠随机分成正常对照组、衰老模型组、白藜芦醇治疗组。衰老模型组和白藜芦醇治疗组小鼠每日皮下注射D-半乳糖(150mg/kg),同时白藜芦醇治疗组每日给予白藜芦醇(20mg/kg)灌胃治疗,42d后处死小鼠,取肝脏、脑和心脏等不同组织测定GCL和GSH含量。结果与正常对照组比较,衰老模型组、白藜芦醇治疗组小鼠肝脏、脑和心脏等不同组织GCL和GSH含量均显著降低(P <0.01),与衰老模型组比较,白藜芦醇治疗组小鼠肝脏、脑和心脏等不同组织GCL和GSH含量均显著增高(P <0.01)。结论白藜芦醇具有抗氧化及延缓小鼠衰老作用。Objective To observe the effect of resveratrol on glutamyl-L-cysteine ligase(GCL)and glutathione(GSH)content in the brain,heart and liver tissues of aging mice induced by D-galactose and to explore the anti-aging effect of resveratrol. Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into a normal group,an aging model group and a resveratrol treatment group.The mice in the aging model group and the resveratrol treatment group were subcutaneously injected with D-galactose(150 mg/kg)daily.Meanwhile,mice of the resveratrol treatment group were treated by means of intragastric administration of resveratrol(20 mg/kg)daily.After 42 days,the mice were sacrificed and the contents of GCL and GSH in different tissues of liver,brain and heart drawn out from the sacrificed mice were determined. Results Compared with the normal control group,both the content of GCL and GSH in the mouse liver,brain and heart tissues of the aging model group and the resveratrol treatment group decreased significantly(P <0.01).Compared with the aging model group,the contents of GCL and GSH in the mouse liver,brain and heart tissues of the resveratrol treatment group all increased significantly(P <0.01). Conclusion Resveratrol has antioxidant and delaying aging effects on mice.
