摘  要:采用噪声较小,增益较高且工作电流较低的放大器芯片WHM0035,利用MMIC芯片,研制出一款具有增益调节功能的宽带低噪声放大器,提高了整体系统的动态范围,同时具有耦合检波的功能。在0.03~3 GHz范围内,其增益大于20 dB,平坦度小于±0.5 dB,并且通过MMIC芯片可对放大器增益在0.5~31.5 dB范围内进行数控衰减,噪声系数小于2.14 dB,工作电流小于150 mA,驻波比小于1.8,在50 dBm的动态检波范围,检波电压线性输出。该低噪声放大器体积小,频带宽,具有检波功能以及可控增益功能,可应用于各种微波通讯领域。A new ultra-broad band low noise amplifier(LNA)with gain adjustment function was developed to use WHM0035 amplifier tube which has lower noise,higher gain and lower operating current,based on using MMIC chip.At the same time,it has the function of coupling detection.In the range of 0.03~3 GHz,The LNA shows the gain above 20 dB,the flatness below±0.5 dB,and the MMIC chip can control attenuation of the amplifier in the range of 0.5~31.5 dB,the noise figure is less than 2.14 dB,the working current is less than 150 mA,with small volume,and the detector voltage linear outputin 50 dBm dynamic detection range.The low noise amplifier has the advantages of small size,wide frequency band,detection function and controllable gain function,and can be applied to various microwave communication fields.
