摘  要:基于APD的时间飞行测距能够获取图像的深度信息。为了提高APD主动探测的精度和探测范围,本文通过研究影响主动探测的精度的因素,设计了与回波波形无关的接收电路,并且采用新型时间数据转换电路从根本上提高了测距量程和精度。主要内容包括基于VCA821自动增益控制电路,提高了接收回波信号的动态范围;运用双通道比较器TLV3502设计的恒定比例时刻鉴别电路能够减小不同幅度回波信号造成的漂移误差;采用高精度、宽量程时间数据转换器TDC7200。最终实现了整体系统ns级的计时精度,200 us级的计时量程,即相应的15 cm精度,30 km范围的高精度探测系统。Time flight ranging to obtain the depth of the image information based on APD device.In order to improve the accuracy of APD active detection and detection range,this paper designs a receiver circuit that has nothing to do with the echo waveform by studying the factors that affect the accuracy of active detection and using a new time data conversion circuit to radically improve the ranging range and accuracy.The main content includes the automatic gain control circuit based on VCA821,which improves the dynamic range of the received echo signal.The constant proportional moment identification circuit designed by the dual-channel comparator TLV3502 can reduce the drift error caused by different amplitude echo signals.Wide Range Time Data Converter TDC7200.Finally,the overall system ns-level timing accuracy,200 us-class timing range,that is,the corresponding 15 cm precision,30 km range of high-precision detection system.
