摘　　要：通过ISSR与RAPD分子标记技术从分子水平分析鉴定了26个供试亲本菌株,从115条扩增引物中筛选出22条扩增条带清晰、重复性好的引物。再结合对供试菌株的出菇品比试验,收集各项农艺性状结果,选择白灵A19、白灵A1和白灵菇作为杂交亲本。根据对亲本的拮抗试验结果及对供试菌株遗传关系树状图的分析,确定以白灵A19×白灵菇、白灵A1×白灵菇作为新品种选育的杂交组合。后续通过单孢杂交配对、镜检及拮抗试验等系列操作共获得有效杂交组合174个。In this experiment,26 ISSR and RAPD molecular markers were used to identify 26 parental strains from the molecular level.22 primers with clear and reproducible bands were selected from the 115 primers.Combined with the results of the agronomic traits collected from the test strains of the mushroom products,Bailing A19,Bailing A1 and Bailinggu were selected as the cross parent.Based on the antagonistic test results of the parents and the analysis of the dendrogram of the genetic relationship,it was determined that the Bailing A19×Bailinggu and the Bailing A1×Bailinggu were selected as the new hybrid crosses.Finally,174 hybrid combinations were successfully obtained through the series of single-spore-crossing pairing,microscopic examination,and antagonistic experiments,in order to obtain new strains of high quality Pleurotus nebrodensis.
