摘　　要：为使工程技术人员更好地理解和使用新修订发布的2018版水运工程标准体系,首先总结我国水运工程标准体系的发展历程和各版本特点,重点介绍2018年版水运工程标准体系的修订背景、原则、主要内容和特点。修订后的水运工程标准体系保持主体架构基本不变,重点增加了安全、节能环保和工程信息类标准项目,增加了部分标准外文版翻译项目,进一步突出了基础性、战略性和引领性,对于深化行业供给侧结构性改革、服务国家"一带一路"倡议等具有重要意义。In order to enable engineers to better understand and use the 2018 standard system for harbor and waterway engineering,this paper summarizes the development course and the features of previous edition of standard system,and introduces the background,principles,main contents and characteristics of the 2018 standard system for harbor and waterway engineering.The main structure is kept basically coincide with the former version,the safety,energy conservation,environmental protection,engineering information standards and some standard translation projects in foreign languages are added in this standard system.This further highlights the basic,strategic and guiding nature,which is of great significance for deepening the structural reform of the supply side of the waterway industry and serving the belt and road recommendation.
