摘 要:采用块焦等溶损率实验和粉焦气化反应性试验,分别在1 100、1 150、1 200、1 250和1 300℃温度下,对CRI分别是27.3%和29%的两种焦炭Coke A和Coke B进行研究,探寻热态性能差异的原因。结果表明,在不同温度下,Coke B的溶损25%后的强度CSR25均高于Coke A,且随温度的升高,Coke A的CSR25先降低再升高;而Coke B的CSR25逐渐升高。等溶损率检测法得到的热态性能指标CSR25和CRR25可以更好地评价焦炭质量。通过RPM模型计算了两种焦炭的活化能,其中Coke A高于Coke B,说明Coke B的基质反应性比Coke A高,更容易与CO2气体发生反应。Through carrying out experiments on equal-loss rate of lumpy coke and on gasification reactivity of coke powder,two kinds of cokes,Coke A and Coke B,with different thermal properties were tested at temperatures of 1 100℃,1 150℃,1 200℃,1 250℃and 1 300℃,respectively,to explore the reasons for the difference between their thermal performances.The experimental results showthat at different temperatures the strength of Coke B after solution loss of 25%,CSR25,is higher than that of Coke A,and,as temperature rises,the CSR25 of Coke A first decreases and then increases whereas the CSR25 of Coke B increases steadily.The thermal performance indices of CSR25 and CRR25 obtained by the method of equal dissolution loss rate can better evaluate the coke quality.Furthermore,activation energy of the two kinds of cokes was calculated by using RPM model with results showing that the activation energy of Coke A is larger than that of Coke B,which indicates that the matrix reactivity of Coke B is higher than that of Coke A and,accordingly,Coke B is easier to react with CO2 gas.
