安徽农民工资性收入增长影响因素分析

摘　　要：随着经济发展,工资性收入在安徽农民收入中的比重越来越大,成为农民增收的重要环节。选取2000～2016年安徽农民收入数据,总结工资性收入的变动趋势,利用因子分析、回归分析法实证非农就业机会、非农就业报酬、城乡收入差距对其增长的影响程度,提出强化农民素质培训,实施城乡融合发展战略,推进农村三产融合,建立健全农民就业社会服务体系,从而促进安徽农民工资性收入稳步提高。With the economic development,the proportion of wage income was getting higher in Anhui farmers'income,it had become an important part of increasing farmers'income.Based on the farmers'income data in Anhui province from2000to2016,the changing trend of wage income was summarized,factor analysis and regression analysis were used to demonstrate the effect of non-agricultural employment opportunities,non-agricultural employment remuneration and urban-rural income gap on farmers'wage income increase.It put forward countermeasures:strengthen farmers'abilities,implements urban-rural integration strategy,promote rural industrial integration,establish and improve social service system for farmers'employment to promote the steady improvement of Anhui farmers'wage income.
