摘 要:通过模板印刷法改性处理木材表面,得到与玫瑰花瓣表面结构相同的纳米形貌超疏水木材。使用接触角检测仪测量样品表面润湿性,使用能谱分析仪(EDS)测定模板的化学成分,使用XRD测定试样晶体结构,使用DTG-60AH测定试样热稳定性。结果表明:制备的仿生超疏水木材没有改变木材的基本系能,但使木材表面具有高黏附超疏水特性;仿生超疏水木材表面的静态水接触角约为(157. 5°±0. 5°),可以阻止木材吸收水分;仿生超疏水木材具备的良好的热稳定性,热解过程质量损失约73. 2%,低于未经改性木材。Wood surface was modified through the template imprint to get the superhydrophobic wood of nanotopography similar with red rose petal.The wettability of the samples was measured by contact angle tester.The chemical composition of the template was determined by EDS.The crystalline structure of the sample was determined by XRD.The thermal stability of samples was determined by DTG-60AH.The results indicated that the as-prepared biomimetic superhydrophobic wood does not change the basic performance of wood,but has a high adhesion superhydrophobic property;The stiatic water contact angle of the bionic superhydrophobic wood is about 157.5°±0.5°,which it can be prevented the wood absorbing moisture;bionic superhydrophobic wood has excellent thermal stability,the mass loss of pyrolysis process is about 73.2%,which is lower than the untreated wood.
