摘　　要：介绍了科研院所材料采购现状,指出了材料采购业务流程不明晰、材料实物管理环节不规范、供应商管理机制不健全、材料采购人员业务能力有待提高等方面存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:一是加强材料采购制度建设;二是加强材料采购实物环节的管控;三是建立供应商筛选考核机制;四是加强采购人员队伍建设。The current status of material procurement in the scientific research institutes was introduced.Some problems were discussed such as:the unclear material procurement business process,the non-standard material physical management,the imperfect supplier management mechanism,and the improvement of the personal ability.Some suggestions were put forward:the construction of material procurement system should be strengthened,the physical control of material procurement should be improved,the supplier selection assessment mechanism should be established and the the procurement staff should be raised.
