摘　　要：以ISO11620:2014为例,对新旧图书馆绩效评价指标体系和新增指标进行了分析,认为新指标体系具有五个特点:一是关注图书馆空间和空间服务,二是重视图书馆的服务质量和成本效益,三是关注图书馆的潜力与未来发展,四是数字资源相关指标继续增多,五是一以贯之以读者需求为导向。In the case of ISO11620:2014,the paper analyzes the new and old library performance evaluation index system and new indicators,and summaries five characteristics of the new standard:concerning about library spaces and services;paying attention to the library service quality and cost effectiveness;focusing on the potential and fu-ture development of library;continuously increasing the related indicators of digital resources;readers'needs ori-ented which principle runs through it all.
