摘　　要：在明确数字资源绩效评价内涵定义的基础上,对国内外图书馆数字资源绩效评价指标体系进行比较分析,针对现有评价体系存在指标过多、将绩效评价等同于综合评价的问题,提出应以资源投入产出要素为主构建高校图书馆数字资源绩效评价指标体系,并创新性设计了读者层次加权资源使用量和基于引文分析的直接学术收益等绩效评价指标。On the basis of precisely defining the connotation and characteristics of the performance evaluation of dig ital resources,the performance evaluation index systems of digital resources at home and abroad are compared and analyzed in this paper.To solve problems in existing evaluation index system such as the excess of evaluation index and improper equating between performance evaluation and comprehensive evaluation,the paper proposes that the performance evaluation index system of the digital resources should be constructed on the assessment of resources input-output analysis,and also puts forward several evaluation indexes including reader-level weighted resource usage and direct academic income based on the citation.
