摘　　要：购书经费是公共图书馆打造文献资源体系、满足读者阅读需求、提供资源服务、推动图书馆发展的根本保障。文章将公共图书馆的购书经费管理视为一个项目,以项目管理的角度,从对公共图书馆购书经费绩效评估进行SWOT分析出发,分析了目前国际上较为流行的图书馆购书经费绩效评估指标体系,以及成都图书馆采用的项目管理式的购书经费绩效评估模式,并对在此模式基础上进一步引入关键数据分析进行了探讨,以实现购书经费管理的精细化。As the fundamental guarantee for the development of public libraries,the book-purchasing funds play a crucial role in building the literature resource system,meeting readers’reading needsproviding resource services,and promoting the development of the library.From the perspective of project management,this paper,based on the SWOT analysis,analyzes the performance evaluation index system of book-purchasing funds in international li-braries,and the performance evaluation model of book-purchasing funds in project management adopted by Chengdu Library,and discusses the further introduction of key data analysis on the basis of this model,in order to realize the refinement of book purchase funds management.
