摘　　要：本文以党的十九大报告中强调的收入分配改革与城乡一体化发展战略为研究背景,从城乡居民收入倍增的同步性、工资性收入倍增和财产性收入倍增三个维度来研究收入倍增的物质实现;从幸福指数倍增来研究收入倍增的实际效用实现;并且将通货膨胀因素作为影响收入倍增的重要逻辑变量,对其与工资性收入倍增、财产性收入倍增和幸福指数倍增的关系加以结构性的模型分析。此外,本文还为我国未来十年的收入倍增计划的实施,提出了汇总性的政策建言。This paper takes the reform of income distribution and the strategy of coordinated development in urban and rural areas emphasized in the Party’s 19th National Congress report as our research background.The substantial achievements of income doubling are analyzed from three dimensions including the synchronization of income doubling between urban and rural areas,the wage income doubling,and the property income doubling.The real utility achievements of income doubling are analyzed through the doubling in happiness index.The relationship between income doubling and wage income doubling,property income doubling,and happiness index doubling is analyzed a structural model in which inflation is taken as an important variable that affects income doubling.In addition,we offer some comprehensive policy proposals for the implementation of the income doubling plan in the incoming decade in our country.
