棉籽壳与麦粒配比对秀珍菇原种质量的影响

摘  要:探究棉籽壳与麦粒配比对秀珍菇原种质量的影响。结果表明,在麦粒培养基内添加20%-25%干重比例的棉籽壳之后,菌丝生长速度和长满培养基的时间都没有显著变化,但菌丝生长速度提高62%,菌丝长满培养基的时间缩短6~8 d,而最佳接种菌龄则延长2.6倍。在原种培养基中适当添加麦粒可增加菌丝生长速度,适当添加棉籽壳可延长最佳接种菌龄。Effects of the ratio of cottonseed husk to wheat grain on the secondary spawn quality of Pleurotus geesteranus were explored.Results have shown that adding 20%-25%cottonseed husk into the wheat grain in the secondary spawn medium has no significant difference from the wheat grain medium in the mycelium growth rate and the culture time of medium fully-filled by mycelia,but the mycelium growth rate has increased 62%and the culture time of medium fully-filled by mycelia has shortened by 6~8 days than the cottonseed husk medium.The best inoculation age has also increased by 2.6 times than the wheat grain medium and the medium with cottonseed husk as main ingredient.The results have also proposed that proper addition of wheat grains in the secondary spawn medium of Pleurotus geesteranus can increase the growth rate of mycelium,and proper addition of cottonseed husks can increase the best inoculation age of the original species.
