摘　　要：闽台高校"3×1"合作模式是在闽台高校"3+1分段对接"合作模式基础上发展而来的,高等教育领域中与其他地区合作中出现的新式办学模式。通过闽台高校从"3+1"到"3×1"合作办学的教学管理实践经验,从教学管理过程中的教学计划管理、教学运行管理、教学质量监控三个方面进行探讨和剖析其特征,分析存在问题并结合实际提出了相应的对策和建议,以期将优质的教学管理模式更好地引入管理工作中,进一步推进闽台高校合作办学项目的有效实施。The“3×1”cooperation mode between Fujian and Taiwan universities is developed on the basis of“3+1 piecewise docking”cooperation mode between Fujian and Taiwan.Base on the teaching management experience from“3+1”to“3×1”cooperation,the author explore and analyze the characteristics and problems of teaching plan management,teaching operation management and teaching quality monitoring.And the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in combination with the practice,to better introduce the high quality teaching management model and to promote the effective cooperative projects in Fujian and Taiwan Colleges and universities.
