摘 要:以13年生4个地点杂种落叶松家系试验林为研究对象,并结合4~10年生的生长性状进行变异分析、方差分析、稳定性分析、相关分析及育种值估算等,选择出生长迅速、适应性强及稳定性好的家系。结果表明:树高、胸径及材积性状存在丰富的变异,变异系数依次为14.65%、21.55%及47.32%;随着树龄的增长,树高及胸径变异系数基本呈现递减的趋势。树高、胸径及材积性状在家系水平上达到极显著的差异,遗传力依次为89.48%、86.27%及88.08%,属强度遗传,在10%入选率时遗传增益依次为23.57%、34.29%及75.75%。按13年生材积评选,日12×兴9、日11×兴2、兴10×日13及日3×兴9为适应4个地点的稳定性家系,比平均材积多11.22%。4个地点家系树高及材积育种值皆排在前列的家系有兴5×兴9、日5×兴9、日5×长78-3及日5×长77-3。4年生起树高与其他树龄树高、胸径及材积都达到极显著相关水平; 6年生起胸径与其他树龄生长性状都达到极显著相关水平,且3种相关分析方法所得结果基本一致。Taking the 13-a hybrid larch families test plantation in four test sites,combined with the growth traits of 4-10 a hybrid larch,we selected the families with rapid growth,strong adaptability and good stability by variation analysis,variance analysis,stability analysis,correlation analysis and estimation of breeding value. There were abundance variations in tree height,diameter at breast height( DBH) and volume traits,and the values of the variation coefficient were 14. 65%,21.55% and 47.32%,respectively. The variation coefficient of tree height and DBH showed a decreasing trend with the increase of tree ages. The tree height,DBH and volume had extremely significant differences at the family level,and the heritability were 89.48%,86.27% and 88.08%,respectively,indicating they were under strong genetic control. Under the selection rate of 10%,the genetic gains were 23.57%,34.29% and 75.75% in turn. According to volume traits of 13-a hybrid larch,there were four high-production and high-stability families in the four test points. They were Larix kaempferi 12×L. gmelinii 9,L. kaempferi 11×L. gmelinii 2,L. gmelinii 10×L. kaempferi 13,and L. kaempferi 3×L. gmelinii 9,respectively,which was 11.22% more than the mean of volume. Families including L. gmelinii 5×L. gmelinii 9,L. kaempferi 5×L. gmelinii 9,L. kaempferi 5×L. olgensis 78-3 and L. kaempferi 5×L. olgensis 77-3 ranked high on breeding values of the tree height traits and volume traits in four sites. Tree height of 4 a was extremely significant correlation with height,DBH and volume traits in other tree ages. The DBH of 6 a was extremely significant correlation with the growth traits in other tree ages. The results were basically the same by the three correlation analysis methods.
