摘 要:以我国北方弱酸性森林土壤为研究对象,探究不同测定方法在土壤有效磷质量分数上的差异性。结果表明:Olsen-P法不进行中和处理得到的有效磷质量分数差异较大,又因Olsen-P法的限制因素较多,所以不适用于弱酸性森林土壤;双酸法的数据重现性虽然较好,但因其评价指标跨度较大,会使测定结果等级分类不明确;Bray1法采用浸提30、5 min得到的有效磷质量分数数值相差不大,酸碱调节对测定结果没有影响,不存在差异性,评价分级指标变化幅度较大,是适用于酸性土壤有效磷测定与评价的方法;以Sn Cl2作为还原剂方法虽不适用于有效磷水平等级评价,但仍可以作为判定有效磷质量分数高低的方法之一。5种测定方法之间有显著相关性(P<0.01),可以相互替代。The experiment was conducted to explore the difference by different methods for soil available phosphorus content in slight acid forest soils of northern China. The results showed that there was great difference among the Olsen-P without neutralization of available phosphorus content,it had many limiting factors,and the Olsen-P was not suitable for slight acid forest soils. Dates of double acid method had better reproducibility,but the large span of evaluation index leaded to the undefined grade classification of the determination results. Available phosphorus content of Bray1 by using 30-min extraction was similar with 5-min extraction,neutralization had no effect on results,evaluation index had large varied amplitude,and the Bray1 was suitable for determining the available phosphorus in acid soils. Using Sn Cl2 as reducing agent was not suitable for valuing available phosphorus,but it could be served as one method in judging available phosphorus content. The five methods were negatively correlated,and they could replace each other( P<0.01).
