摘 要:利用BiologMT技术,研究了帽儿山试验林场中5种人工林(红松纯林、胡桃楸纯林、红松和胡桃楸混交林、水曲柳纯林、红松和水曲柳混交林)根际土壤微生物碳代谢特征,比较了混交林与相应纯林之间的差异。结果表明:胡桃楸纯林和水曲柳纯林(阔叶林)土壤微生物碳代谢活性(DAWC)高于红松纯林(针叶林);与红松混交后的胡桃楸林和水曲柳林土壤微生物碳代谢活性、物种多样性及均匀度均低于相应纯林。主成分分析表明:人工针阔叶纯林及混交林土壤微生物群落代谢的主要碳源类型是氨基酸、羧酸和糖类;胺类、氨基酸、羧酸、聚合物和糖类利用程度的显著降低,可能是造成混交后胡桃楸和水曲柳林土壤微生物碳代谢活性低于纯林的原因之一。氨基酸、羧酸和糖类利用程度的不同造成红松和胡桃楸混交林与相应纯林土壤微生物碳代谢功能差异。The method of Biolog^MT was taken to study the carbon metabolism characteristics of rhizospheric soil microbial from five types of plantation(Pinus koraiensis,Juglans mandshurica,Fraxinus mandshurica,Pinus koraiensis and Juglans mandshurica mixed plantation,Pinus koraiensis and Fraxinus mandshurica mixed plantation),and to compare differences on the functional diversity of carbon source metabolism of rhizospheric soil microbial community between pure plantation and mixed plantation.The average well color development(DAWC)of soil microbes of broad-leaved forest(Juglans mandshurica and Fraxinus mandshurica)was higher than that of coniferous forest{Pinus koraiensis).The carbon source metabolic activity of soil microbes and soil microbial community diversity in the broad-leaved forest{Juglans mandshurica and Fraxinus mandshurica)mixed with Pinus koraiensis were lower than those of relevant pure forests.By the principal component analysis(PCA),the main carbon source of soil microbial community metabolism in plantations included amino acids,carboxylic acid and carbohydrates,meanwhile which made the differences on soil carbon metabolic function between Pinus koraiensis and Juglans mandshurica mixed plantation and relevant pure plantation.The carbon metabolic activity of soil microbial community of Juglans mandshurica and Fraxinus mandshurica,which,respectively,mixed with Pinus koraiensis was obviously decreased due to less usage of amines,amino acids,carboxylic acid,polymers and carbohydrates.
