摘  要:本文运用模糊集理论分析方法,利用汾河水库流域29个雨量站22年的降雨资料数据,研究汾河水库汛期分期、汛限水位变化。结果表明:汛前期和汛后期适当抬高汛限水位,并提前汛后期蓄水时间,有利于拦蓄洪水尾巴,减少汾河水库的防洪弃水量,增加蓄水量。既可确保水库安全渡汛,又在一定程度上缓解汾河水库汛期防洪和兴利之间的矛盾,进一步提高水库的水资源利用效益。对于更好地利用汾河水库汛期洪水资源、提高水库兴利效益具有一定的现实意义。Fuzzy set theory analysis method is applied in the paper.Flood stage and flood water level changes of Fenhe Reservoir are studied by utilizing rainfall data and information of29rain-measuring stations for22years in Fenhe Reservoir river basin.The results show that proper raising of flood limit water level before and after flood and advancement of post-flood water storage time are beneficial for blocking flood tail,reducing flood control discharge of Fenhe Reservoir,and increasing the storage capacity.The safety of the reservoir flood can be ensured.The contradiction between flood control and water conservancy promotion in Fenhe Reservoir flood period can be alleviated to certain extent,thereby further improving the water resource utilization benefits of the reservoir.
