通络生骨胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死临床疗效的meta分析

摘　　要：为了系统评价通络生骨胶囊治疗早期股骨头的临床疗效,以循证医学角度为其临床应用提供客观依据,研究运用计算机检索2004年～2018年中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Database)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)关于通络生骨胶囊治疗早期股骨头坏死的文献,纳入文献质量评估采用Cochrane协作网的偏倚风险进行评估,提取各研究中的数据并进行总体效应量合并,并将这些研究的数据通过ReviewManger5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果表明,通络生骨胶囊在股骨头坏死治疗中具有一定优势,但研究结果存在一定局限性,应开展更多大样本高质量的临床研究加以验证。In order to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Shenggu capsule in the treatment of early femoral head,and to provide an objective basis for its clinical application from the perspective of evidence-based medicine,the literatures on early femoral head necrosis in China Biology Medicine disc,(CBM),Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and VIP Chinese Sci-Tech Periodical Database(VIP)in2004-2018were included and assessed using the Cochrane Collaboration's risk of bias,the data from each study was extracted and the total effect amount was combined.The data from these studies were meta-analyzed by Review Manger5.3software.It was showed that Tongluo Shenggu capsule has certain advantages in the treatment of orthopedic diseases,but the results of the study have certain limitations.Therefore,more large sample quality clinical studies should be conducted to verify the result in further studies.
