临床护理路径在肝衰竭患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在肝衰竭患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将80例肝衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式护理,观察组采用临床护理路径护理,比较2组健康知识掌握情况、护理满意率、住院时间、住院费用等。结果:观察组患者的健康知识掌握率和护理满意率均明显高于对照组,观察组患者的住院时间和住院费用均明显少于对照组。结论:将临床护理路径应用于肝衰竭患者的护理中,可显著提高患者的健康教育质量。Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on health education in patients with hepatic failure.Methods:80cases of hepatic failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40case each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group received clinical nursing care.The mastery situation of health knowledge,satisfaction rate of nursing,hospitalization time and hospital expenses were compared between the two groups.Results:The health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time and cost of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway applied to the care of patients with liver failure can significantly improve the health education quality of patients.
