摘　　要：本文从应用的角度,阐述公立医院人力资源管理信息化发展方向,并以北京大学人民医院人力资源管理系统建设为实例,详细介绍其实践经验及深入应用效果。该系统的建立与应用效果,说明人力资源管理信息化已经成为提升医院人力资源管理水平的有效手段。This paper expounds the development direction of informatization of human resources management in public hospitals from the perspective of application.Introduces the construction of human resources management system of Peking University People's Hospital and its practical experience and the effect of deep application.The establishment and application effect of the system shows that the informatization of human resources management has become an effective means to improve the human resources management level of hospitals.
