摘　　要：目的了解ICU患者配偶心理状况及与成人依恋的现状,探讨二者的关系。方法于2016年12月至2017年12月,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及成人依恋量表——亲密关系体验量表(ECR)对132名对接受ICU治疗的患者配偶进行问卷调查。结果 ICU患者配偶SCL-90量表总分为185.16±18.77分,处于较低水平;依恋焦虑得分3.77±0.79分,依恋回避得分2.98±0.93分;配偶照顾者的性别、家庭人均月收入、患者医疗付费方式在SCL-90评分之间等差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);依恋回避与SCL-90量表总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对及偏执等维度呈正相关(r=0.127～0.398,p<0.05);依恋焦虑与SCL-90量表总分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁及偏执等维度呈正相关(r=0.119～0.411,p<0.05)。结论 ICU患者配偶心理健康状况较差,医务工作者可以通过降低其依恋回避及依恋焦虑提高心理健康水平。Objective To understand the status quo of psychological status and adult attachment in the spouses of ICU patients,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods A total of132spouses of ICU patients were recruited in this study from December2016to December2017.They were investigated by Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)and Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory(ECR).Results The score of SCL-90was(185.16±18.77)among spouses of the ICU patients,which was at a relatively low level.The score of attachment anxiety was(3.77±0.79)and(2.98±0.93)of attachment avoidance.Gender,average monthly household income,and medical payment method were significantly related to SCL-90scores(p<0.05).We observed a positive correlation between attachment avoidance and total SCL-90score,and also scores in dimensions of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression,hostility and paranoid(r=0.127~0.398,p<0.05).We also observed a positive correlation between attachment anxiety and total SCL-90score,and also scores in dimensions of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,depression and paranoid(r=0.119~0.411,p<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status among spouses of ICU patients was relatively poor.The medical staff could reduce their attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety to improve their mental health status.
