基于病案大数据挖掘与决策支持体系的实现

摘　　要：文章从大数据和病案信息大数据的本质和意义出发,并结合国家实施大数据战略精神,从统筹规划病案信息资源、建立完善病案信息管理体系、加快建立病案信息技术体系和实现卫生事业的科学化智能化的管理与决策四个方面提出病案信息数据挖掘分析与决策支持体系的构建方法。文章设计了基于病案信息数据采集、存储、数据挖掘分析和决策支持体系的架构模型,并探讨该模式下改进医疗支付方式、优化合理科学的分配医疗资源、促进医疗科研等病案个性化服务的三个维度的应用。为卫生事业工作者做出科学的决策提供依据,提高病案信息的管理水平,提高医疗服务质量,从而为广大患者提供更好的服务。This article starts from the nature and significance of big data and medical record big data,and combines the national implementation of the spirit of big data strategy,from planning of disease information resources,establishing a sound disease information management system,accelerating the establishment of medical information technology system and achieving the scientific and intelligent management and decision-making of the health industry proposes the method of data analysis and decision support system for medical record information.This paper designs an architecture model based on data collection,storage,data mining analysis and decision support system of medical record information,and discusses three ways to improve medical payment methods,optimize rational and scientific allocation of medical resources,and promote personalized medical services such as medical research.To provide a basis for health workers to make scientific decisions,improve the management level of medical records,improve the quality of medical services,and thus provide better services for the majority of patients.
